Cancellation policy
If a booking is cancelled within seven days of the tour, then 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If, however, a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the tour, then 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are medical conditions (accompanied by doctor's certificate), delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control and bereavements.

Thanks to the versatility and strength of this helicopter, Batoka Sky is able to lift people out of the Batoka gorge from its own helipads. The operators have helipads at rapids # 10, # 22 and # 25.

The Jet Ranger is one the most popular helicopters in the world. With a seating capacity of the pilot plus four passengers, this versatile helicopter is ideal for filming, gorge lift-outs and scenic flights over the Victoria Falls.

Robinson R 44 Ravin 11
Robinson R44 has a seating capacity of the pilot plus three passengers; all occupants get a window seat. It is ideal for viewing and filming the Victoria Falls and local game because of its unique glass canopy, giving each passenger an unrestricted view no matter where they sit in the aircraft.

The 30-minute flight takes guests over the Zambezi River, onwards to the Victoria Falls, downstream over local native villages and into the Batoka Gorge, along the Zambezi River to Rapid 26 and then back to Maramba Aerodrome over the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park.
