Cancellation policy

Cancellations made two days prior to the tour are charged 100% cancellation fee. In the case of cancellations made within 14 days of the tour, the deposit will be forfeited.

The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control and bereavements.

Children over 5 years pay half price.

African Queen Cruise Company operates two luxurious vessels - African Queen and African Princess. Both cruise boats are dedicated to Her Royal Highness Anna Siloka I Be Dyango XVIII of the Leya.

Guests are invited to take a cruise on the tranquil waters of the Zambezi on one of the two luxurious vessels, be it a sunrise cruise early in the morning to catch a glimpse of the hippo yawning and hear the cry of the fish eagle or the lunch or sunset cruises. The experience is relaxing to say the least.
