Guests are picked up from their respective hotels in Livingstone or Victoria Falls area.



Cancellation policy

If a booking is cancelled within seven days of the tour, then 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If, however, a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the tour, then 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are medical conditions (accompanied by doctor's certificate), delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control and bereavements.

Children policy

Children under the age of 12 pay 50% of the adult rate.
