Fallsway Lodge

The unique ambiance of Fallsway Lodge is created by the distinctive surroundings of the rich mahogany woods, soft leathers and deep browns and golds that are seen throughout the lodge. The environment offers a nice alternative to a hotel in Livingstone, with a perfect setting for daily visitors, holiday makers and business guests alike who travel to Livingstone.

The restaurant is made for all seasons - glass doors open onto a spacious veranda overlooking the garden and pool area. Fallsway Lodge undertakes booking for a number of Livingstone tours and activities and a unique feature offered by the lodge is a self-catering option, that guests can use for barbeques, lunches or dinners.

The lodge has 17 spacious rooms, including a family room. Each room is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, king size beds, flat screen televisions, telephones, personal fridges, A/C, a coffee table and chair, safes and wi-fi hot spots.

Depending upon the occupancy of the lodge for the next day, guests might stay later than the check-out time. If the lodge is full, then guests will have to vacate their rooms on time. The lodge can store guests' luggage for them while they wait in the garden.

Children and infants are more than welcome.

If a booking is cancelled three weeks prior to the booking date: 15% of the deposit will be non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled two weeks prior to the booking date: 25% of the deposit will be non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled one week prior to the booking date: 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled one to three days prior to the booking date: 100% of the deposit will be non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed in the lodge.
