Guests are picked up from their accommodations in Livingstone town and Victoria Falls area.



Cancellation policy

If a booking is cancelled within seven days of the tour, then 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If, however, a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the tour, then 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control and bereavements.

Children policy

Children under 7 years are not allowed on the tour.

Participants below 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

The trip involves powering through the rapids of the mighty Zambezi River, buzzing rocks and jet spinning all in the spectacular setting of the Batoka Gorge, one of Zambia's natural treasures.

To enhance participants' enjoyment, Jet Extreme has recently installed a unique cable car system. The system enables clients to effortlessly enter and exit the mighty Batoka Gorge while taking in awesome views. The world-class cable car system is compliant to SABS Standards.

The tour includes:

- transfers to and from accommodation

- transfers to and from the river (through traditional African villages) in comfortable vehicles

- 8-minute ride into the Batoka Gorge on the unique cable car system

- thrilling 30 minute jet boat ride powering through rapids, buzzing rocks and jet spinning on the mighty Zambezi River

- drive back to accommodation.

The jet boat ride is 30 minutes but with transfers and cable car rides, the tour takes 3 hours and 30 minutes.



Participant guidelines

Participants are requested to bear in mind that they may get wet during the jet boat ride. They could also get some spending money along for soft drinks, snacks T-shirts or a video of the trip.
