Kaazmein Hotel's Friendly Crocodile restaurant and bar is located in the gardens next to a small ornamental lake and is the perfect place to start or end a day. With a combination of hotel rooms and interestingly designed chalets, the accommodation is of a high standard. The manager and staff are experienced in making arrangements for the whole range of activities available in not only Zambia but Zimbabwe and Botswana as well.

The Friendly Crocodile bar and restaurant is of a high standard, offering a range of meals. Good security with top quality conference facilities adds another attractive dimension to this quality hotel. The hotel can provide a full range of tours - both in the local area and throughout Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana.

The check-out policy is flexible from 10 am to 1 pm; one needs to arrange with the management. After 3 pm, however, 50% of the room rate is charged.

Children are more than welcome at Kaazmein Hotel. While there is no charge for children between 0 to 4 years, for 5 to 12 year olds, the charge is 50% of the adult rate.

Bookings cancelled with more than 7 days notice will only forfeit their 10% deposit. All bookings cancelled within a week of arrival will be charged the full booking balance.

In case of a booking for a group of 15 people or more, a 25% deposit is required.
