Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made more than 30 days before travel result in loss of deposit
- cancellations made between 30 and eight days of travel incur 25% cancellation fee
- cancellations made between seven and two days of travel incur 50% cancellation fee
- cancellations made within 24hours of travel (or no-shows) are charged 100% cancellation fee
- if a participant is sick and can provide a doctor's note, he is given 100% refund.
Lady Livingstone Cruise
The Lady Livingstone is a one hundred and forty four seater, three decker river cruiser designed to accommodate groups and indiviiduals. The lower deck accommodates 92, middle deck accommodates 40 and the upper exclusive deck acccommodates 12 in private luxury. It offers a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The Sunset Cruise which takes 2 good romantic hours of enjoying the spectacular view of the Sun set while hearing the gentle sound of the Zambezi River and enjoying a drink or two with some fine snacks.
The Cruise on the Zambezi River takes you along the Mosi O Tunya National Park with the intention of seeing some of our wildlife. This is a great time to hear the sound of a Hippo or from time to time see Elephants as they cross the river or feed on one of the islands in the river
