The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

The 'Devil's Pool' guys were excellent about assuring the safety of our group, helping those who weren't strong swimmers and making sure we didn't go into the unsafe areas. They were very careful that we all stayed safe, however they could have been a little more careful with their own safety at times! It was an amazing experience - unlike anything you'll ever experience. 5 out of 5 stars on the exhilaration scale!

on 03 Aug 2009 The walk to the edge of the Falls for a fantastic view then a lovely breakfast after getting our feet washed by a member of staff, what more could anyone want. Again another wonderful tour that gets 100% cfredit .
