In case of a late check-out, the guest will be charged a day's room rate, which is US$ 60.
The hotel has some family rooms, which can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children under the age of 12.
All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. If bookings are cancelled 8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival, 25% of the total tour cost will be forfeited; if booking are cancelled 4 to 2 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited. Those who cancel bookings 2 weeks prior to arrival stand to lose 100% of the tour cost. In case of a no-show too the full rate applies. This policy is in accordance with the standard procedure adopted by all tour operators across the world.
