Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Note: The tour has a minimum of 4 pax. But for the minimum of 2 the rate goes up to $US 320 pp
The price includes:
- Pick up and drop off transfers to your accommodation in Livingstone.
- The services of a qualified rafting guide during the activity
- The meals mentioned in the program
- Mineral water and Juice
- Evacuation insurance
The price excludes:
- Personal travel insurance
- Sleeping bags ( or you can hire from us at $US 10 pp)
- Alcoholic Drinks
