Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

on 22 Jun 2009 I had signed up for this tour as I expected a Rhino walk - when I got there the guide indicated that we would not be doing a Rhino walk and did not even go to the area of the park where the Rhinos are. This was very disapointing as one of the reasons I went to Zambia was to see Rhinos. If it is only a walking safari then the Rhino walk should not be included in the information as this is very misleading.
