Being owner managed, the focus is on personalised service to each client. Private itineraries are arranged with clients on arrival to ensure that they get "all they desire" from their stay.
The atmosphere at Taita Falcon is relaxed and informal.
Taita Falcon Lodge's rates are inclusive of activities such as bush and bird walks, short hikes, cultural village tours and visit to Victoria Falls. For every additional day of stay, guests can enjoy sunset game view cruise, Livingstone town tour, (includes the local market visit and the Livingstone Museum entry) and game drives.

The lodge's late check-out policy is flexible.
Children under the age of 12 pay 50% of the full amount when they share the room with their parents. Toddlers are not recommended because of the gorge and the open swimming pool.
The full payment for the booking has to be made 42 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival incur 25% cancellation charges; cancellations made 30 to 60 days before arrival incur 50% cancellation charges and cancellations made 30 to one day before arrival incur 100% cancellation charges.
