Each room is on two levels; the bedrooms are upstairs and bathrooms below. In fact, the bathrooms are the real highlight of this place - they are so close to the river that you can almost touch the water. The club also has a library, filled with books about African adventurers. Guests can also request a massage while gazing at the blue waters of the Zambezi.

Imagine relaxing in a wide hammock under the shade of an ebony tree, sipping a drink from a tall glass and staring out over the wind at the rippled surface of the Zambezi. Or taking the tranquil sunset cruises on the Zambezi to catch sight of the spectacular scenery and, perhaps, some elephants. What's more, you can even enjoy a massage at the club's Mary Wellness Centre. Or play tennis on the only hard tennis court at a lodge in Livingstone
