In the tourism industry myself, I understand the impact that a large operation like a resort/ hotel can have on the local community, aside from employment and the positive impacts, there are also negative impacts in the form of waste, water usage, energy, animal life, etc. I am definitely attune to the importance and appreciate being asked.
