Late check-out: room rate applies.
Children policy:
Children below the age of 12 years on the date of arrival sharing a twin/double room with one or two adults limited to two children per room, are accommodated free of charge but pay for all meals and extras.
A single adult with 2 or 3 children under 12 years old will be charged the single room rate if the family rooms are available.
A mandatory Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park Entrance fee of US$ 10.00 per child per stay is payable on arrival for children sharing with parents.

All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Passengers cancelling within 8 to 4 weeks of arrival will forfeit 25% of the total tour cost; within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival 50% of the total tour cost and within 2 weeks 100% of the total tour cost. This is in accordance with the standard procedure adopted by all tour operators world-wide.
