There is a peaceful air to this resort with a range of accommodation in traditional yet high quality thatched rondavels. Photographs of famous visitors to the lodge are displayed in the reception area. They include, among others, the First Lady of Zambia and TRH Prince and Princess Takamado of Japan.

The late check-out policy is flexible. However, for very late departures, the lodge might charge the guests a percentage of the room rate. The lodge also offers luggage storage facilities.
Children under the age of 5 are welcome to stay with their parents, free of charge. Cots are provided for no additional charge.
The entire deposit amount is forfeited if a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to date of arrival. Besides, a 100% cancellation fee is charged if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
