White Water Rafting
The Zambezi River below the Victoria Falls is widely considered to be the best rafting river in the world. A deep Channelled high volume river, the Zambezi has class 3 to 5 rapids interspersed with tranquil pools. This enables you to marvel at the magnificent beauty of the Batoka Gorge between some of the most exciting and challenging rapids rafted anywhere on the planet. Trips on offer vary from only a couple of hours to a full six days adventure all the way to Lake Kariba.
Full Day Rafting Low Water:
Pick up 8am by from your accommodation.
Check-in next to the Victoria Falls. Walk down the gorge. Rafting from rapid #01. Cable car ride up the gorge at the end of the day!
Lunch and drinks at the top of the gorge.
Return to your accommodation at 17.00pm
- For Half day Morning :
Pick – up at 8am – Rafting from rapid #01 to rapid #10.
Walk up the gorge, lunch and drinks at the top of the gorge.
Drive back and return to your accommodation
For the afternoon, the pickup is at 10.30am and rafting from rapid #10 to rapid #25
Lunch and drinks at the top of the gorge and return to your accommodation at 17h00
High Water Season:
Full day: Pick up at 8am. Rafting from rapid #10 (or #14) to rapid #25.
Lunch and drinks at the top of the gorge. Return at 15h30
