The Zambezi Waterfront has one of the prime locations on the Zambezi River opposite Siloka Island and is approximately 5 km from The Victoria Falls and Livingstone Town.
The Zambezi Waterfront caters for all travellers, is family friendly and suitable for all ages. It is ideal for the adventurous and young at heart.
The Zambezi Waterfront Resort has a central bar and dining area with amazing views on the Zambezi River and spectacular sunsets.
Accommodation varies from executive, river facing and standard rooms to adventure village tents and camping. Each area is set aside for the various types of accommodation - on one side the chalets with the various rooms; on the other side of the complex, also on the river banks, is the adventure village - 3 x 3 dome tents built on wooden decks. Further back are well serviced camp sites, catering mainly for the overland markets.
The Waterfront has a restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the same area of the restaurant there are bar facilities. There is an activity centre which is situated at the Waterfront to book all activities and an internet café is available too.

Late check-outs are possible when the lodge is not fully booked.
The lodge's cancellation policy is as follows:
- 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking
- cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival result in loss of deposit
- cancellations within 30 days of arrival are charged 25% cancellation fee
- cancellations within seven days of arrival are charged 50% cancellation fee
- cancellations within 24 hours (or no-shows) of arrival are charged 100% cancellation fee.
The balance of the booking fee is payable upon arrival.
