We were always aware that safety was foremost. Thank you.

JT and Matthew were excellent guides. They gave us freedom to explore but clearly were focused on our safety, especially in hippo territory. The wind was rough and not an easy paddle by any means but thoroughly enjoyable and would gladly go again with Makota Quest.
The Royal Livingstone Express offers the discerning guests the ultimate fine dining experience going back in time to the age of steam train travel. Bushtracks Africa in conjunction with Sun International are now able to
I was impressed with our guide and all the safety and navigation. Excelent time and a highlight of our time in Zambia. The team was particularly good when we flipped on a class 5 rapid and we all got separated. Great experience

Amazing staff at Bundu rafting. Great approach to safety, great value for money. Food fantastic. Couldn't praise it enough and whilst it was not cheap it represented excellent value for money given the amount of skill and organisation involved. Will recommend it to all our friends.
I know that the view is fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing, but we got no more than 10 minutes in the pool as a group of 5, and a single lady in our group got no more than 5 minutes. We were whistled at to come to breakfast and staff were unfriendly (apart from the lady who prepared the breakfast, who was great!). I hate saying this, as in our two weeks in Zambia we found people to be amazingly friendly and warm, and have left wanting very much to return as much because of the people as for the beauty of the country. I know that this tour is heavily in demand, but we were disappointed when we compared the price with the amount of time given and the unfriendly attitude of the staff. It definitely feels like a conveyor belt.
This was the most expensive wild life day tour I have taken and I expected excellence for the money. It was good not excellent. The guide over lunch had not liaesed with the driver so the game drive started 30 minutes late. They said they would add this on at the end but did not nor made arrangements on Zambia side for late return. The Zambia people were efficient but in Botswana they need a tighten up: no credit card machine operating and game drives for all companies all starting at about the same time rather than staggered diminshing the quality of the experience.
Everything perfect except not many animal sightings, but the tranquility, setting, and beautiful nature of Africa came through loud and clear. Well worth the effort and expense, quality of snacks out of this world. :)
When I found a swarm of small yellow butterflies on a ground near river, I asked the guide what they were doing. Unfortunately he didn’t know. If a guide can explain about even an insect, it would be nice. Fortunately one of our tourists told me they were drinking water.
Anyway, it was very fun. Thank you.
This is seriously overpriced for what you get, especially when I compare it with other experiences across the world. We were early, but then also had to wait for 2 passengers who were late by about 15 minutes and who then demanded a private flight, while we stood and waited. Nobody kept us informed, until I went to ask. We (4 in our party) eventually took off 45 minutes after our booking time, which we had chosen so that we could see the spray of the Falls, but which had dissipated by the time we flew over the Falls. Our flight time was supposed to be between 25 and 30 minutes, ours was about 23 minutes, which left me feeling short changed and disappointed for what we paid for. I also feel there could be better communication regarding seating on the helicopter. I realise weight distribution is important, but I wanted a front seat for photographs and while boarding, the guide was trying to arrange this and then trying to disagree about where we should sit and who was heavier, my son or I? This needs more clarification. It may also be helpful if the pilot was a bit more friendly!!! Having said all that, we really enjoyed the flight through the gorge, the pilot was excellent in flying and his information was good, but clinical. The views were amazing. We left having enjoyed the flight, but with mixed feelings about the whole experience. It left a bad taste in the mouth!
