Kayube is a 90 ha Estate on the Zambezi River 18 km upstream from the Victoria Falls. The ever changing moods of the Zambezi River are spectacular and the always present sounds of Africa, hippo’s, hyena’s, lions and birds, as well as the sightings of wildlife across the river in the Zambezi National Park give you a real Out of Africa Feel. The self-catering accommodation is hidden among huge riverine trees, making the best of the views, directly on the river bank.
The Kayube River boat gives you the opportunity to go it slow on the Zambezi, cruising along the Zambezi National Park and the islands with sandy beaches. Amazing tree root formations, wallowing hippo’s and crocodiles that slide down the banks splashing into the water. Prolific bird life, many nesting in the trees and river banks or on beaches.
